Last updated: August 23, 2026

1. Agreement overview

These Terms of Service govern use of NodeLink and its website, rider application process, delivery coordination service, and all related communication channels. By using the service, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Business information

NodeLink is based at:

17, Jaiyeola Abidoye Street, Divine Homes, Thomas Estate, Ajah, Lagos.

Phone: +2349154897734

Email: delivery@nodelink.ng

3. What NodeLink provides

NodeLink connects senders with riders in local neighborhoods and service areas across Abuja and Lagos. We are an intermediary platform for local package coordination. We do not operate as a full logistics company, nor do we automatically take custody of packages unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

4. Eligibility and accuracy

You must provide accurate and complete information when using the platform. Riders must ensure that their profile, service areas, availability, transport information, and contact details are truthful. Senders must provide accurate pickup, destination, and package information.

5. Sender obligations

Senders agree to:

  • Provide correct pickup and destination details
  • Only request delivery of lawful and suitable items
  • Coordinate clearly with the rider before and during the handoff
  • Accept that timing and availability depend on rider and route conditions

6. Rider obligations

Riders agree to:

  • Use safe and lawful judgment when accepting requests
  • Keep their service area, availability, and capacity information accurate
  • Not accept prohibited, dangerous, or unlawful items
  • Communicate clearly with the sender about timing, location, and delivery conditions

7. Prohibited items

Users must not use NodeLink to send, transport, or accept items that are illegal, hazardous, dangerous, or likely to endanger human safety, rider safety, or public safety. This includes weapons, controlled substances, stolen items, hazardous chemicals, and other restricted materials.

8. Fees and payments

Any fee, commission, or payout arrangement must be agreed by the parties involved, unless NodeLink states otherwise in writing. We may facilitate communication about these arrangements, but we are not a party to most user-to-user commercial agreements.

9. No guarantee of delivery outcome

NodeLink does not guarantee rider availability, exact delivery time, package safety, or final delivery success. Actual results depend on rider behavior, route conditions, traffic, weather, and user cooperation.

10. Safety and risk

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable care when arranging handoffs, pickups, and deliveries. NodeLink is not liable for injuries, loss of goods, theft, delays, or disputes arising from third-party conduct or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual property

The website and all related content, branding, design, text, and graphics are the property of NodeLink unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce any of this content without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NodeLink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service, including losses related to business interruption, lost revenue, or reputational harm.

13. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from service use should first be addressed directly between the parties involved. If resolution is not possible, appropriate legal remedies may be pursued under applicable Nigerian law or any other lawful jurisdiction agreed in writing.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create operational or safety risk for the business or other users.

15. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any update means you accept the revised terms.

16. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, contact us at delivery@nodelink.ng or call +2349154897734.
